The stars were out in full costume this weekend celebrating Halloween! Luckily, the parties they attended had red carpets… blood red carpets (how appropriate!). Our fave’s were Heidi Klum and her hubby Seal who were decked out in spooky black crows and were barely recognizable. Blake Lively went for a new brunette cropped ‘do while her beau Penn Badgley rocked out with a fro and a mustache. Vampire Diaries star Nina Dobrev went as Mrs. Wonka and Paris Hilton partied as a fairy in white.
