Here is Amanda Bynes at the Heart Truth Red Dress Collection 2009 fashion show in New York City during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week on Friday. I understand she is trying to grow up her image, but that doesn’t mean you have to show everyone your lady business. This dress is disturbingly too short.

Bynes should look to Hilary Duff for fashion advice, Duff looked great at the event at Bryant Park.

    you’re obviously uninformed….amanda is wearing an outfit given to her to wear in the fashion show on stage, by a designer. get your facts straight before you slander people. idiot.
