The Best: Dakota Fanning

I should really just call this “the most improved” because clearly she was not the most fashionable of the night, but do you remember Dakota Fanning last year? Awkward… with the braces? Well, look at her now. She is tall, thin, gorgeous complexion and fantastic hair. I love it!

The Worst:

Teri Hatcher looked … well, GROSS… at the People’s Choice Awards. Is she holding together the front of her dress? What are those bows on either side of her legs? And the hair? It looks like a sideways baseball cap. Altogether this is just wrong!
